PUBLIC CONVENIENCES

With the exception of the Cathedral, The Brooks Centre and the Park and Ride sites, Winchester  City Council is responsible for public toilets in central Winchester. All have facilities for disabled people.
Apart from the Cathedral Toilets, they are free of charge.
