North Walls Recreation Ground is the home of the River Park Leisure Centre, a modern and well appointed leisure complex. The Leisure Centre is managed by D C Leisure Management on behalf of Winchester City Council.
The following facilities are available; An 8 Court Main Hall, Dance Studio, ATP, Practice Hall, Squash Courts and a Gym. A 25 metre indoor swimming pool with Flume and a separate learner pool, is a major family attraction.

The pools have sophisticated air conditioning and monitoring equipment, which make them the finest facilities in the area. Associated with the pools are Sunbeds, Steam Rooms and a Sauna. There are also 4 outdoor Tennis Courts.
A Crèche, Cafe and Bar, a Function Room, and a children’s indoor Adventure Play Area are also available.
Pay and display parking for 200 cars is available adjacent to the Centre, with additional parking in St. Peter`s Car Park (200m from Centre)

	In addition to the indoor facilities provided at the Centre, which include squash, tennis, badminton and basketball, there are plenty of outdoor facilities. These include a cycle track, a skateboard park, a Bowls Club, Football pitches and a Rugby Club.
